Berkshire Facilities Management Ltd are looking for a reliable and efficient Cleaning Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised environment for multiple sites.
Job Title: Full time travelling cleaning operative.
Salary: £12 p/h monthly PAYE.
Hours: Full time, 40+ per week. Various shift patterns Am and Pm, weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas.
- Cleaning windows, walls and mirrors.
- Emptying of general waste/recycling.
- Replenishing consumables, e.g. soap, paper towels and toilet roll.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Must be 30 years of age or above for insurance reasons for the use of our company vehicle.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Ability to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and help to cover sickness and absence.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and/or part of a team.
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
